INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We ship via DHL/FEDEX. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option, which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it’s the fastest and safest.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. Contact us within 3 days of delivery, ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for “customized or personalized orders, and Items on sale”.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way. If leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
